Middle Cove - Heritage Remedial Project
Complete roof restoration of Heritage listed site in Middle Cove, NSW.
Works were carried out to remove existing pebble ballast and repair roof damage done by a tree falling. After repairs were completed and roof thoroughly cleaned, Priming and the waterproofing system were then installed. Once fully cured and flood tested, a new pebble ballast installed to protect the waterproofing and maintain the heritage status of this Architectural Designed home.
