Canterbury - Tile sealing

A block of units located in Canterbury, NSW had issues where salts and efflorescence had been leeching through the grout on external balconies, causing grout to fail and a very untidy appearance.

After tiled sections had grout repaired, the tiles & grout were cleaned and sealed with an invisible penetrating long lasting sealer. This will allow the tiled areas to breathe but reduce the salts from forming, additionally repel water and protect from stains, reducing maintenance in the long term.
